An Act
concerning reimbursement for health care providers and
supplementing P.L.1997, c.192 (C.26:2S-1 et seq.).

Be It
Enacted
by the Senate and General Assembly of
the State of New Jersey:

���� 1.��� A carrier shall
reimburse a health care provider that provides a vaccine at a rate that is no
less than the vaccine�s Centers for Disease Control and Prevention cost per
dose rate pursuant to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention vaccine
price list.� The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention cost per dose rate
shall be the rate in effect on the date the vaccine was provided by the health
care provider.

���� 2.��� This act shall take effect
on the first day of the 13th month next following enactment and shall apply to
contracts entered into or renewed after that date.
