An Act

concerning free and reduced-priced meal
applications and supplementing P.L.2022, c.104 (C.18A:33-3.2 et al.).

Be It
Enacted
by the Senate and General Assembly of
the State of New Jersey:

���� 1.� In addition to the
requirements of section 16 of P.L.2022, c.104 (C.18A:33-21b1), a participating
school, which is a public school, shall post a link to the subsidized school
meals application

,
as well as a link to at least one informational video produced by the New
Jersey Office of the Food Security Advocate regarding the school meals
application,

in a prominent location on the school�s Internet website.

���� 2.� This act shall take effect
immediately.
