An Act

concerning the records of the New Jersey Motor
Vehicle Commission and supplementing
Title 39
of the Revised Statutes
.

Be It
Enacted
by the Senate and General Assembly of
the State of New Jersey:

���� 1.��� The Chief Administrator
of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission shall compare, not less than once
per month, the commission�s database records with the death records produced by
the Social Security Administration and shall mark as deceased in the
commission�s database records any individual who is listed in those death
records.

���� 2.��� This act shall take
effect immediately.

STATEMENT

���� This bill requires the Chief
Administrator of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (commission) to
compare, not less than once per month, the commission�s database records with
the death records produced by the Social Security Administration and mark as
deceased in the commission's database records any individual who is listed in
those death records.
