����� The Senate Commerce Committee reports favorably Senate
Bill No. 4393.

����� This bill provides for a monthly salary for certain
members of the State Board of Medical Examiners.

����� Specifically, each member of the board, except for the
Commissioner of Health or the commissioner�s designee and the executive
department designee, would receive a monthly salary of $3,000.� This bill
appropriates from the General Fund to the Division of Consumer Affairs in the
Department of Law and Public Safety such funds as are necessary to implement
the provisions of the bill.
