AN ACT

AUTHORIZING A TRANSFER FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE BEHAVIORAL
HEALTH TRUST FUND.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

SECTION 1.
GENERAL FUND TRANSFER.--Six hundred fifty
million dollars ($650,000,000) is transferred from the general
fund to the behavioral health trust fund in fiscal year 2027.
