AN ACT

AUTHORIZING A TRANSFER FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE MEDICAID
TRUST FUND.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

SECTION 1.
GENERAL FUND TRANSFER.--One billion dollars
($1,000,000,000) is transferred from the general fund to the
medicaid trust fund in fiscal year 2027.
