        AN ACT to repeal paragraph (g) of subdivision 4 of section  209  of  the
          civil  service  law, relating to resolutions of disputes in the course
          of collective negotiations with certain deputy sheriffs

          THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
        BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

     1    Section  1. Paragraph (g) of subdivision 4 of section 209 of the civil
     2  service law is REPEALED.
     3    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
