        AN ACT to amend the public health law, in relation to  providing  educa-
          tion and outreach programs related to home visiting programs

          THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
        BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

     1    Section 1. Subdivision 1 of section 207 of the public  health  law  is
     2  amended by adding a new paragraph (t) to read as follows:
     3    (T)  HOME  VISITING  PROGRAMS  WHICH  PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR PREGNANT AND
     4  PARENTING FAMILIES, AND HAVE BEEN PROVEN TO IMPROVE OUTCOMES  FOR  MOTH-
     5  ERS,  INFANTS,  AND  FAMILIES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE
     6  LIMITED TO SERVICES AVAILABLE FROM SUCH PROGRAMS, ELIGIBILITY, AND RELE-
     7  VANT CONTACT INFORMATION.
     8    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
