        Introduced by Sens. KAVANAGH, JACKSON -- read twice and ordered printed,
          and  when  printed  to  be  committed  to  the  Committee  on Housing,
          Construction and Community Development

        AN ACT to repeal paragraphs 3 and 4 of subdivision a of  section  26-405
          of  the  administrative  code of the city of New York, relating to the
          establishment of maximum base rents using the maximum  gross  building
          rental formula

          THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
        BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

     1    Section 1. Paragraphs 3 and 4 of subdivision a of  section  26-405  of
     2  the administrative code of the city of New York are REPEALED.
     3    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
