        AN ACT to amend the village law, in relation to authorizing the  village
          of  Sodus  Point,  in the town of Sodus, county of Wayne to allow golf
          carts on certain streets

          THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
        BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

     1    Section 1. The village law is amended by adding a new section 6-634 to
     2  read as follows:
     3    §  6-634  VILLAGE  OF  SODUS  POINT;  GOLF  CARTS. THE TRUSTEES OF THE
     4  VILLAGE OF SODUS POINT MAY AUTHORIZE THE USE OF GOLF  CARTS  ON  CERTAIN
     5  STREETS UNDER THE EXCLUSIVE CONTROL AND JURISDICTION OF SUCH VILLAGE.
     6    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
