          printed to be committed to the Committee on Investigations and Govern-
          ment Operations

        AN ACT to amend the cannabis law, in relation to  limiting  prohibitions
          of advertising of cannabis products or services on billboards

          THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
        BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

     1    Section 1. Paragraph (k) of subdivision 2 of section 86 of the  canna-
     2  bis law is amended to read as follows:
     3    (k)  is  in  the  form  of a billboard THAT VIOLATES THE PROVISIONS OF
     4  PARAGRAPH (A), (B), (C), (D) OR (I) OF THIS SUBDIVISION OR PARAGRAPH (A)
     5  OR (B) OF SUBDIVISION THREE OF THIS SECTION OR THAT INCLUDES ANY  CANNA-
     6  BIS BRAND INFORMATION; or
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
