        AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to requiring  the  office
          of  children and family services to notify child day care providers on
          updates on any forms listed on their website

          THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
        BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

     1    Section 1. Section 501 of the executive law is amended by adding a new
     2  subdivision 17 to read as follows:
     3    17.  TO  PROVIDE A WRITTEN AND ELECTRONIC NOTICE TO ALL CHILD DAY CARE
     4  PROVIDERS AS DEFINED BY SECTION  THREE  HUNDRED  NINETY  OF  THE  SOCIAL
     5  SERVICES  LAW  WHENEVER  THE DIVISION HAS UPDATED ANY FORM NECESSARY FOR
     6  THE DELIVERY OF SERVICES LISTED ON THE DIVISION'S WEBSITE.  SUCH  NOTICE
     7  SHALL BE DISSEMINATED IN CONCURRENCE WITH PUBLICATION OF UPDATED FORMS.
     8    § 2. This act shall take effect on the one hundred eightieth day after
     9  it shall have become a law.
