A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 1
AN ACT TO APPROPRIAT E RECURRING FUNDS TO THE WORKFORCE HOUSI NG 2
LOAN PROGRAM. 3
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4
SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Housing Finance 5
Agency the sum of thirty -five million dollars ($35,000,000) in recurring funds beginning with 6
the 2026-2027 fiscal year to be used for the Workforce Housing Loan Program. 7
SECTION 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 2026. 8
