AN ACT TO ENACT THE JOE JOHN REMEMBRANCE ACT TO REMOVE THE 2
ADDITIONAL FEE FOR A FIRE DEPARTMENT OR RESCUE SQUAD MEMBER 3
SPECIAL REGISTRATION PLATE. 4
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 5
SECTION 1. This act shall be known as the "Joe John Remembrance Act." 6
SECTION 2. G.S. 20-79.7 reads as rewritten: 7
"§ 20-79.7. Fees for special registration plates and distribution of the fees. 8

registration fee in G.S. 20-87 or G.S. 20-88 plus an additional fee in the following amount: 11
