Referred to: Appropriations, if favorable, Rules, Calendar, and Operations of the House February 27, 2025 *H233-v-1* A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 1 AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS TO THE TOWN OF MILTON FOR REPAIRS AT THE 2 TOWN'S WASTEWATER PUMP STATION. 3 The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4 SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Office of State 5 Budget and Management the sum of thirteen thousand two hundred fifteen dollars ($13,215) in 6 nonrecurring funds for the 2025 -2026 fiscal year to provide a directed grant to the Town of 7 Milton for repairs at the Town's wastewater pump station. 8 SECTION 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 2025. 9
