A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 1
AN ACT TO DESIGNATE THE CHIEF ROBERT LEE MALLOY OVERPASS. 2
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 3
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the Department 4
of Transportation shall designate the overpass on Interstate 74 that crosses South Main Street in 5
the City of Laurinburg in Scotland County in honor of Chief of Police Robert Lee Malloy. 6
SECTION 2. This act is effective when it becomes law. 7
