Referred to: Transportation, if favorable, State and Local Government, if favorable, Rules, Calendar, and Operations of the House March 6, 2025 *H291-v-1* A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 1 AN ACT ADDING CERTAI N DESCRIBED NORTH CA ROLINA DEPARTMENT OF 2 TRANSPORTATION RIGHT S-OF-WAY TO THE CORP ORATE LIMITS OF THE 3 TOWN OF FRANKLINTON. 4 The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 5 SECTION 1.
