A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 1
AN ACT TO APPROPRIAT E FUNDS TO THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE FOR WATER 2
AND WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS. 3
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4
SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the City of Jacksonville 5
(city) the sum of two million dollars ($2,000,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2025-2026 fiscal 6
year to be used by the city for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. 7
SECTION 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 2025. 8
