A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 1
AN ACT TO APPROPRIAT E FUNDS TO HOKE COUN TY FOR UPGRADES AT T HE 2
ROCKFISH PARK IN THE TOWN OF RAEFORD. 3
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4
SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Office of State 5
Budget and Management the sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) in nonrecurring funds for 6
the 2025-2026 fiscal year to provide a directed grant to Hoke County for upgrades at Rockfish 7
Park in the Town of Raeford. 8
SECTION 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 2025. 9
