A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 1
AN ACT TO APPROPRIAT E FUNDS TO THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE FOR THE 2
CONSTRUCTION OF A SE COND ENTRANCE INTO T HE KINGS GRANT 3
NEIGHBORHOOD. 4
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 5
SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Office of State 6
Budget and Management the sum of five million dollars ($5,000,000) in nonrecurring funds for 7
the 2025 -2026 fiscal year to provide a directed grant to the City of Fayetteville for the 8
construction of a second entrance into the Kings Grant neighborhood, which would provide an 9
additional point of ingress/egress for the neighborhood. 10
SECTION 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 2025. 11
