AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE DIVISION OF MOTO R VEHICLES TO PRODUC E A 2
SIGMA GAMMA RHO SORORITY SPECIAL REGISTRATION PLATE. 3
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4
SECTION 1. G.S. 20-79.4(b) reads as rewritten: 5
"(b) Types. – The Division shall issue the following types of special registration plates: 6

() Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority. – Issuable to a registered owner of a motor 8
vehicle. The plate shall bear the sorority 's symbol and name and the phrase 9
"Greater Service, Greater Progress". 10

SECTION 2. The Revisor of Statutes is authorized to alphabetize, number, and 12
renumber the special registration plates listed in G.S. 20-79.4(b) to ensure that all the special 13
registration plates are listed in alphabetical order and numbered accordingly. 14
SECTION 3. This act is effective when it becomes law. 15
