A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 1
AN ACT TO PROVIDE AN APPROPRIATION FOR A MULTIUSE CENTER. 2
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 3
SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Office of State 4
Budget and Management the nonrecurring sum of seven hundred fifty thousand dollars 5
($750,000) for the 2025-2026 fiscal year to be allocated as a directed grant to Triad Cultural Arts, 6
Inc., a nonprofit corporation, to be used for the development of the Shotgun House Legacy Site 7
project in the City of Winston-Salem. 8
SECTION 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 2025. 9
