A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 1
AN ACT TO APPROPRIAT E FUNDS TO THE ONSLO W WATER AND SEWER 2
AUTHORITY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER TOWER. 3
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4
SECTION 1. The sum of three million dollars ($3,000,000) in nonrecurring funds 5
for the 2025-2026 fiscal year is appropriated from the General Fund to the Onslow Water and 6
Sewer Authority for the construction of a water tower serving North Topsail Beach. 7
SECTION 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 2025. 8
