AN ACT TO ADD CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY TO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF 2
THE CITY OF CREEDMOOR AND TO REMOVE CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY 3
FROM THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CREEDMOOR. 4
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 5
SECTION 1.(a) The following described property, referenced by Granville County 6
Tax Office Parcel Identification Number, is added to the corporate limits of the City of 7

SECTION 1.(b) This section becomes effective June 30, 2025. Property in the 15
territory described in Section 1(a) of this act as of January 1, 2025, is subject to municipal taxes 16
for taxes imposed for taxable years beginning on or after July 1, 2025. 17
SECTION 2.(a) The following described property, identified by Granville County 18
Tax Property Identification Number, is removed from the corporate limits of the City of 19
Creedmoor: 180603417847. 20
SECTION 2.(b) This section has no effect upon the validity of any liens of the City 21
of Creedmoor for ad valorem taxes or special assessments outstanding before the effective date 22
of this section. Such liens may be collected or foreclosed upon after the effect ive date of this 23
section as though the property were still within the corporate limits of the City of Creedmoor. 24
SECTION 2.(c) This section becomes effective June 30, 2025. Property in the 25
territory described in Section 2(a) of this act as of January 1, 2 025, is no longer subject to 26
municipal taxes for taxes imposed for taxable years beginning on or after July 1, 2025. 27
SECTION 3. Except as otherwise provided, this act is effective when it becomes 28
law. 29
