A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 1
AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS TO THE CITY OF CONOVER FOR A WATER AND 2
SEWER PROJECT. 3
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4
SECTION 1. The sum of twenty-two million dollars ($22,000,000) in nonrecurring 5
funds for the 2025-2026 fiscal year is appropriated from the General Fund to the City of Conover 6
for water or wastewater system improvements. 7
SECTION 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 2025. 8
