AN ACT TO APPROPRIAT E FUNDS TO EDGECOMBE COMMUNITY COLLEGE F OR 2
CONSTRUCTION OF THE INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOG Y AND SKILLED TRADES 3
FACILITY. 4
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 5
SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Office of State 6
Budget and Management the sum of one million dollars ($1,000,000) in nonrecurring funds for 7
the 2025-2026 fiscal year to provide a directed grant to Edgecombe Community College for the 8
construction of the Industrial Technology and Skilled Trades Facility, which will aid the College 9
in strengthening the area's workforce. 10
SECTION 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 2025. 11
