AN ACT TO REALIGN THE NORTH CAROLINA CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICTS.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1. G.S. 163-201(a) reads as rewritten:
"(a) For purposes of nominating and electing members of the House of Representatives of
the Congress of the United States, the State of North Carolina shall be divided into 14 districts
as follows:
