AN ACT REQUIRING LEGISLATIVE SPONSORS FOR APPROPRIATIONS ENACTED BY 2
THE CURRENT OPERATIONS APPROPRIATIONS ACT. 3
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4
SECTION 1. G.S. 143C-1-2 reads as rewritten: 5
"§ 143C-1-2. Appropriations: constitutional requirement; reversions. 6

Operations Appropriations Act shall not be legally valid unless (i) the appropriation is sponsored 9
