A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 1
AN ACT TO APPROPRIAT E FUNDS TO THE TOWN OF BEAUFORT FOR UPGR ADES 2
AND REPAIRS TO THE TOWN'S BOAT DOCKS. 3
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4
SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Office of State 5
Budget and Management the sum of twelve million dollars ($12,000,000) in nonrecurring funds 6
for the 2025-2026 fiscal year to provide a directed grant to the Town of Beaufort for upgrades 7
and repairs to the Town's boat docks. 8
SECTION 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 2025. 9
