AN ACT TO DIRECT THE STATE AUDITOR TO PE RIODICALLY AUDIT CRI SIS 2
PREGNANCY CENTERS THAT RECEIVE STATE FUNDS. 3
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4
SECTION 1. G.S. 147-64.6(c) reads as rewritten: 5
"(c) Responsibilities. – The Auditor is responsible for the following acts and activities: 6
