A SENATE RESOLUTION CONFIRMING NATHANIEL DENNY AS THE SECRETARY 1
OF THE DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY. 2
Be it resolved by the Senate: 3
SECTION 1. Having given due consideration to the matter, the Senate confirms 4
Nathaniel Denny as Secretary of the Department of Information Technology. 5
SECTION 2. This resolution is effective upon adoption. 6
