A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 1
AN ACT TO APPROPRIAT E FUNDS TO THE PITT -GREENVILLE AIRPORT F OR 2
BUILDING A NEW GENERAL AVIATION TERMINAL. 3
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4
SECTION 1. Of the funds appropriated from the Highway Fund to the Department 5
of Transportation for the 2025-2026 fiscal year, the sum of ten million dollars ($10,000,000) in 6
nonrecurring funds shall be allocated to the Pitt-Greenville Airport to be used for the purpose of 7
building a new General Aviation Terminal. 8
SECTION 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 2025. 9
