AN ACT TO APPROPRIAT E FUNDS TO THE COMMU NITY COLLEGES SYSTEM 2
OFFICE TO ALLOCATE T O FORSYTH TECHNICAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE TO 3
SUPPORT THE BOOST PROGRAM. 4
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 5
SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Community 6
Colleges System Office the sum of one million dollars ($1,000,000) in recurring funds beginning 7
with the 2026 -2027 fiscal year to be allocated to Forsyth Technical Community College to 8
support the Boost college-to-career program. 9
SECTION 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 2026. 10
