To
enact section 5534.448 of the Revised Code
to
designate a portion of United States Route 6 in Lorain County as the
"Police Officer Phillip Wagner Memorial Highway."
BE
IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section
1.
That
section 5534.448 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:
Sec.
5534.448.
In
addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or
otherwise, the eastbound and westbound lanes of United States route
number six between state route number fifty-eight and state route
number fifty-seven, within the municipal corporation of Lorain, in
Lorain county, shall be known as the "Police Officer Phillip
Wagner Memorial Highway."
The
director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the
highway indicating its name.
