A R E S O L U T I O N

In
memory of Lieutenant Paul Charles Mickolick.

WHEREAS,
The members of the House of Representatives of the 136th General
Assembly of Ohio offer our deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences
to the family and friends of Lieutenant Paul Charles Mickolick; and

WHEREAS,
Paul Mickolick was a man who embodied strength and selflessness, and
his dedication to public service endeared him to the many people he
connected with on a professional and a personal level. A proud and
invaluable member of Town and Country Fire and Rescue, he was known
and respected for his sterling service to his community, and he was a
true credit to his vocation; and

WHEREAS,
The contributions Paul Mickolick made as a paramedic and firefighter
will stand as a monument to his personal character, and the laurels
he received in life are a tribute not only to him but also to those
he left behind. He was a loving husband to his wife, Rachel, a
devoted father to his children, Connor and Elise, and a cherished
son, brother, uncle, friend, and colleague, and it is our sincere
hope that his memory will be a source of comfort to those who are
grieving his loss; and

WHEREAS,
Paul Mickolick’s concern for improving the quality of life in our
society was paramount, and he will be remembered for his devotion to
duty. All of his endeavors reflected his unwavering commitment, and
he was an esteemed Ohioan and a leading citizen whose legacy will
live on in all who have been inspired by his example; therefore be it

RESOLVED,
That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 136th
General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, honor the life
of a truly dedicated public servant, Lieutenant Paul Charles
Mickolick; and be it further

RESOLVED,
That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly
authenticated copy of this Resolution to the family of Lieutenant
Paul Charles Mickolick.
