A R E S O L U T I O N

Honoring
the Centerville High School Revengeful Mushrooms Destination
Imagination Team on tying for first place at the 2025 Destination
Imagination Global Finals.

WHEREAS,
The members of the House of Representatives of the 136th General
Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate the Centerville High
School Revengeful Mushrooms Destination Imagination team on securing
a share of first place in the technical challenge - breaking point
secondary level event at the 2025 Destination Imagination Global
Finals; and

WHEREAS,
The members of the Centerville High School Revengeful Mushrooms
Destination Imagination team are, indeed, a remarkable group of young
academicians, successfully combining creativity and innovation with
collaborative effort and determination to establish themselves as
truly exemplary students. With commendable dedication, they advanced
to this year’s Global Finals in the technical challenge - breaking
point event, where they competed against other teams to design and
build assembly and destruction equipment to create and dismantle a
stack of items while also presenting a story, and due to their
tremendous performance, they tied for first place in the secondary
level; and

WHEREAS,
In preparing themselves for this important contest, the Centerville
High School Revengeful Mushrooms Destination Imagination team members
have had the opportunity to develop and express their individual
abilities and to acquire knowledge and information which will be of
great benefit to them throughout their lives. Having worked
diligently to sharpen their skills, they confronted competition with
confidence and enthusiasm and distinguished themselves as outstanding
representatives of their school, community, state, and nation; and

WHEREAS,
The accomplishments of the Centerville High School Revengeful
Mushrooms Destination Imagination team members are a justifiable
source of pride not only for the students but also for their coaches,
their families, their school, and their community. The maturity and
experience these young Ohioans have gained through the participation
in the DI program will greatly aid them in meeting the challenges of
the years to come; therefore be it

RESOLVED,
That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 136th
General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, salute the
Centerville High School Revengeful Mushrooms Destination Imagination
team for outstanding achievement and wish its members a bright,
rewarding future; and be it further

RESOLVED,
That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly
authenticated copy of this Resolution to the Centerville High School
Revengeful Mushrooms Destination Imagination team.
