A R E S O L U T I O N

Honoring
First National Bank on its One Hundred Fiftieth Anniversary.

WHEREAS,
The members of the House of Representatives of the 136th General
Assembly of Ohio are pleased to extend special recognition to First
National Bank on the memorable occasion of its Sesquicentennial; and

WHEREAS,
First National Bank was founded in 1875 in Bellevue, and it has since
experienced consistent growth and prosperity due to its attention to
friendly, reliable, and convenient service. Indeed, this remarkable
financial institution has provided countless individuals in the local
communities with outstanding fiscal guidance and leadership, and it
has gained a well-deserved reputation for professionalism over the
years; and

WHEREAS,
Throughout the past fifteen decades, First National Bank has
witnessed many fluctuations in the economic climate of our state and
nation, but it has always remained responsive to the needs and
concerns of its customers. This worthy enterprise has enhanced the
quality of life in the communities it serves, and we are certain that
as the bank begins another decade of service, it will continue in the
tradition of excellence that has been its hallmark since its
founding; and

WHEREAS,
The success of First National Bank is a justifiable source of pride
and an outstanding reflection not only on the business itself but
also on its astute management and hard-working employees. Their
vision and initiative have earned the institution the gratitude and
appreciation of many satisfied customers, and they are truly
deserving of high praise; therefore be it

RESOLVED,
That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 136th
General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend First
National Bank on its One Hundred Fiftieth Anniversary and extend best
wishes for continued success; and be it further

RESOLVED,
That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly
authenticated copy of this Resolution to First National Bank.
