A R E S O L U T I O N

Honoring
the Cardington FFA conduct of chapter meetings team as the 2025
National FFA Champion.

WHEREAS,
The members of the House of Representatives of the 136th General
Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate the Cardington FFA
conduct of chapter meetings team on winning the 2025 National FFA
Championship; and

WHEREAS,
The members of the Cardington FFA conduct of chapter meetings team
are a dedicated and committed collection of students, and they leave
behind a fantastic legacy for future FFA teams by becoming the first
Ohio team to win this national competition. Under the leadership of
their advisor, Erin Wollett, members Jaxon Ongalibang, Madison
Garrabrant, Bristal Cain, Mason Newsome, Victoria Kovacs, Alayna
Seavolt, and Ky Barlow have displayed a degree of determination and
motivation of which they can be proud, and they have set an example
of excellence that is worthy of emulation; and

WHEREAS,
FFA combines the wisdom and leadership of adulthood with the
enthusiasm and optimism of youth so that our young people will be
better prepared to assume meaningful, rewarding roles in society. It
is certainly encouraging to know that the future of Ohio agriculture
and agribusiness lies, to a large extent, in the capable hands of
conscientious individuals such as the members of the Cardington FFA
conduct of chapter meetings team; and

WHEREAS,
All those associated with the Cardington FFA conduct of chapter
meetings team warrant the highest praise, for they have demonstrated
exceptional diligence and enthusiasm in preparing for the rigors of
competition, as well as an unwavering dedication to the goals and
principles of the National FFA Organization. The maturity and
experience these members have gained through their participation in
FFA will greatly aid them in meeting the challenges of tomorrow, and
we are certain that their future holds great promise; therefore be it

RESOLVED,
That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 136th
General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend the
Cardington FFA conduct of chapter meetings team on its success and
salute all those involved with the group as some of Ohio’s finest
citizens; and be it further

RESOLVED,
That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly
authenticated copy of this Resolution to the Cardington FFA conduct
of chapter meetings team.
