Over the past one hundred fifty years, the City of Loveland has

Even as they have exuberantly embraced the promise of a bright
future, the residents of Loveland have never relinquished their
appreciation for the worthiest virtues of the past. Indeed, they have
managed to nurture a fresh perspective and a positive outlook that
continue to endear this distinctive city to all who know it well; and

WHEREAS,
Every state depends upon such vibrant, durable communities as
Loveland for its own survival and stability. Although having known

challenges into opportunities; therefore be it
