A R E S O L U T I O N

Honoring
Bucyrus Copper Kettle Works, Ltd. on its One Hundred Fiftieth
Anniversary.

WHEREAS,
The members of the House of Representatives of the 136th General
Assembly of Ohio are pleased to commend Bucyrus Copper Kettle Works,
Ltd., on the occasion of its One Hundred Fiftieth Anniversary; and

WHEREAS,
Bucyrus Copper Kettle Works is, indeed, deserving of high praise, for
throughout fifteen decades of operation, this fine company has
attained a noteworthy record of accomplishment. Indeed, this
enterprise has earned the gratitude and appreciation of many
satisfied customers, and its success is a justifiable source of pride
and an outstanding reflection not only on the business itself but
also on its owner, James Patrick, on its hard-working employees, and
on the Bucyrus community; and

WHEREAS,
Since its establishment, Bucyrus Copper Kettle Works has enhanced the
quality of life within the surrounding area, and it has consistently
demonstrated an exemplary commitment to the highest standards of
workmanship. Indeed, it has gained a sterling reputation for
producing a variety of quality products, including kettles, hods,
decorative bowls, fire stands, tympani shells, and waste paper
baskets, and we have no doubt that as this worthy venture maintains
its dedication to service and achievement, it will continue to grow
and prosper; and

WHEREAS,
Over the years, the proprietors of Bucyrus Copper Kettle Works, both
past and present, have epitomized America’s entrepreneurial spirit,
and it is through the contributions of individuals such as these that
our state has gained a reputation as a friendly, productive, and
pleasant place in which to live. We are certain that in years to
come, all those associated with this company will uphold the
tradition of excellence that has long been the hallmark of the
business; therefore be it

RESOLVED,
That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 136th
General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend
Bucyrus Copper Kettle Works, Ltd., on its One Hundred Fiftieth
Anniversary and extend best wishes for continued success; and be it
further

RESOLVED,
That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly
authenticated copy of this Resolution to Bucyrus Copper Kettle Works,
Ltd.
