A R E S O L U T I O N

Honoring
the East Toledo Family Center on its One Hundred Twenty-fifth
Anniversary.

WHEREAS,
The members of the Senate of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio are
pleased to commend the East Toledo Family Center on its One Hundred
Twenty-fifth Anniversary; and

WHEREAS,
Since its founding in 1901, the East Toledo Family Center has offered
innumerable people the tools and support necessary for them to
succeed. For more than a century, it has been a pillar of the East
Toledo community, and we applaud its important work; and

WHEREAS,
Under its capable leadership, both past and present, the East Toledo
Family Center has experienced continual growth and has served as a
lifeline in the community. Over the years, the center has engaged in
an array of worthwhile activities and projects that have met a number
of local needs, and we are certain it will continue to do so for
years to come; and

WHEREAS,
An occasion such as this is an important milestone that represents
dedication and commitment. For one hundred twenty-five years, the
people behind the East Toledo Family Center have served their fellow
Ohioans, and on this special anniversary, these individuals have
accepted the challenge of continuing this mission into the future;
therefore be it

RESOLVED,
That we, the members of the Senate of the 136th General Assembly of
Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, extend special recognition to the
East Toledo Family Center on its One Hundred Twenty-fifth
Anniversary and pay tribute to all those joining in the celebration
of this joyous event; and be it further

RESOLVED,
That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly authenticated copy of
this Resolution to the East Toledo Family Center.
