A R E S O L U T I O N

Honoring
Brice Fuller on securing first place in the 1,600-meter run at the
2026 Division IV State Track and Field Meet.

WHEREAS,
The members of the Senate of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio are
pleased to commend Brice Fuller as the 2026 Division IV State Track
and Field Champion in the 1,600-meter run; and

WHEREAS,
Displaying exceptional form, ability, leadership, and dedication as a
member of the Fairless High School boys track and field team, Brice
Fuller has certainly distinguished himself as one of the most
talented athletes in Ohio. At this year's Division IV State Meet, he
placed first in the 1,600‑meter run with a time of 4:12.69, and
he is deserving of applause; and

WHEREAS,
Brice Fuller has exemplified the qualities necessary for distinction
in any sport, including the discipline, agility, and focus needed to
excel in long-distance running. Throughout long hours of practice and
competition, he has consistently demonstrated the talent and
motivation that are the key to success in any endeavor; and

WHEREAS,
Despite sometimes grueling pressure, Brice Fuller has maintained his
composure and morale, exhibiting strength, speed, and stamina in
every challenging encounter. Time and again, he has amply
demonstrated his unflagging determination, and he has set an example
for others to emulate as an outstanding ambassador for the Fairless
High School athletic program; therefore be it

RESOLVED,
That we, the members of the Senate of the 136th General Assembly of
Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, pay tribute to Brice Fuller on his
impressive achievement at the 2026 Division IV State Track and Field
Meet and salute him as a fine Ohio student-athlete; and be it further

RESOLVED,
That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly authenticated copy of
this Resolution to Brice Fuller.
