HOUSE BILL 1269 By: Humphrey

AS INTRODUCED

An Act relating to crimes and punishments; repealing
21 O.S. 2021, Section 1700, which relates to horse
tripping and bear wrestling and corresponding
penalties; and providing an effective date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 21 O.S. 2021, Section 1700, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
