HOUSE BILL 1573 By: Lawson

AS INTRODUCED

An Act relating to the Department of Human Services;
defining term; directing the Department to carry out
certain task; and providing an effective date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 151 of Title 56, unless there is
created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
A. For purposes of this section, "sensitive compartmented
information facility" means an area, room, group of rooms, or
installation where confidential information may be viewed, stored,
used, discussed, or electronically processed and where procedural
and physical measures prevent the free access of persons unless such
persons are authorized by the Department of Human Services to access
such facility.
B. The Department of Human Services shall direct, manage, and
oversee the building and maintenance of a sensitive compartmented
information facility.

SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
