BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 7401-101 of Title 10, unless
there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
A. The foster care maintenance payment for resource parents who
are traditional foster parents shall be at least:
1. Twenty-two Dollars and seventy-two cents ($22.72) per day,
or Six Hundred Eighty-one Dollars and sixty cents ($681.60) per
month, for a child who is zero (0) years to five (5) years of age;
2. Twenty-five Dollars and forty-two cents ($25.42) per day, or
Seven Hundred Sixty-two Dollars and sixty cents ($762.60) per month,
for a child who is six (6) to twelve (12) years of age; and

3. Twenty-seven Dollars and sixty-two cents ($27.62) per day,
or Eight Hundred Twenty-eight Dollars and sixty cents ($828.60) per
month, for a child who is thirteen (13) years of age or older.
B. The Director of the Department of Human Services shall
review the foster care maintenance payment rates annually, pursuant
to 45 C.F.R., Section 1356.21(m), to assure appropriateness and may
authorize a foster care maintenance payment in an amount greater
than is specified in subsection A of this section.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
