An Act

An Act relating to crimes and punishments; repealing
21 O.S. 2021, Section 1852, which relates to notices
posted at fire alarm boxes; and providing an
effective date.

SUBJECT: Crimes and punishments

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

SECTION 1. REPEALER 21 O.S. 2021, Section 1852, is
hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
