HOUSE BILL 2071 By: Jenkins
AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to waters and water rights; repealing
82 O.S. 2021, Section 1801, which relates to the
Weather Modification Act; and providing an effective
date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 82 O.S. 2021, Section 1801, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
