An Act relating to banks and trust companies;
repealing 6 O.S. 2021, Section 1621, which relates to
the Task Force for the Study of State Banking
Services; and providing an effective date.

SUBJECT: Banks and trust companies

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

SECTION 1. REPEALER 6 O.S. 2021, Section 1621, is hereby
repealed.

SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
