HOUSE BILL 2074 By: Jenkins

AS INTRODUCED

An Act relating to utilities; repealing 17 O.S. 2021,
Section 287, which relates to wind energy
development; repealing 17 O.S. 2021, Section 294,
which relates to the Southwest Power Pool report; and
providing an effective date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 17 O.S. 2021, Sections 287 and 294,
are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
