AS INTRODUCED

An Act relating to the Department of Environmental
Quality; repealing 27A O.S. 2021, Section 2-3-101,
which relates to the creation of the Department of
Environmental Quality; and providing an effective
date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 27A O.S. 2021, Section 2-3-101, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
